Please find below our step-by-step guide to renting your new home:

Find your ideal home through our website

Step 2
Call or email us to arrange a viewing

Step 3
Apply for your new home by filling in an application form

Step 4
Complete and sign your application (one for each person 18 years or over),then return it to our office with the following:

Application Fee, Photo ID (Passport or driving licence), Proof of address (Utility bill, mobile phone bill), your last 3 months wage slips, COSS form (students Only).

Step 5
Application processing usually takes seven days. Additional charges apply for 'Fast track' move in of seven days or less. We will then complete your credit checks, fraud reports, employment references and landlord references.

Step 6
Once the process is complete, we will contact you to arrange your moving in date and key collection date from our office. We will also advise on the amount that is due to be paid on the day of moving in.
